Kestrelwood

Kestrelwood climbs a wooded ridge above the lake plain. Lots are deeper, driveways are longer, and many houses keep a workshop or a two-bay garage.

Marchmont Road runs along the ridge with maples on both sides. The pavement is narrow and the shoulders are gravel.

A trailhead at the end of the ridge road leads into mixed oak woods. The town center is a handful of shops on one corner.
